    Windows 11 pro boxAll current (March 2022 and later) Fundamental AV systems come preinstalled with Microsoft Windows 11 Professional. 64 bit.
    We optimize Windows for the most efficient and stable audio or video production performance.

    Options: If you already own a copy of Windows 11 that is NOT being used on another system, we can preinstall it for you. and still offer our lifetime tech support. We optimize our Bios settings for Windows 10/11 only, so other Operating Systems may require different settings. Any change made to the BIOs outside of our settings is not covered under our warranty and support. Please contact us for details. If you are planning to install an operating system other than Windows 10 or 11, such as Linux or a HACKINTOSH or earlier versions of Windows, we can only officially offer support for the 2-year warranty period on the hardware only.     Project or Media PDrive options include High speed, M.2 2280 NVMe 4.0 SSD drives, We recommend using a dedicated hard drive for your audio projects rather than keeping them on your Operating System drive whenever possible. This improves overall drive performance and will make it easier to keep your projects organized and backup methods more efficient.

    Note** On Desktops depending on the model adding the 2nd or 3rd NVMe drive will disable up to 2x SATA ports. So on desktops, you will have access to 4x SATA ports max.

    Laptop Specific Warranty

    All Laptops include a one-year parts-and-labor warranty and Lifetime* Tech Support. Two and three-year extended warranties are also available at the time of purchase. Service for shell components ALWAYS requires a return to the shell manufacturer.

    Premium Extended Warranty (US Only)

    Provides the same coverage plus shipping in both directions for the computer and components. All returns require an RMA number. SAVE YOUR PACKAGING.

    Lifetime Tech Support **

    Available via phone, remote desktop, and email during regular business hours. Intended to ensure functional hardware/software compatibility. Pirated software is strictly prohibited.

    Accounting & Legal
